Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in good condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Return delivery fees apply.

 

Exchanges
  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for size changes or defects.
  • Items must meet the same conditions as returns (tags, receipt, good condition).
  • Delivery fees apply unless the item is defective.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Sale items
  • Custom orders
  • Items without tags or receipt.
  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged

Defective Items
  • Must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Photos or video are required for inspection.
  • A replacement will be provided, or store credit if the item is unavailable.

Order Cancellation
  • Orders cannot be canceled after payment is completed.
